In Store Return Policy

Your sales receipt is required for returned merchandise. Items that cannot be returned include: Books, Patterns, Kits, Cut Fabric, Special Orders, Furniture, and Opened Items.


All machines carry a 30 day in-store credit for the full purchase price as long as the product is in like new condition, in original packaging, has receipt, and is complete. All machines carry a 7 day money back guarantee.

All sales final for any special orders, furniture, or longarm quilting machines.

AQS deposits are non-refundable.

Online Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to the contiguous U.S. Our Shipping & Handling rates are flat based on your order amount.  Purchases over $75 receive free shipping.  We make every effort to get your order out within two business days, and it should arrive within 10 business days.
