The ScanNcut SDX225 Digital Cutter is a cutting machine with a built-in scanner and innovative technology to make smarter cuts for your projects.

The SDX225 has Brother’s Auto-Blade sensor technology, which detects material thickness for precise pattern cutting. Custom and built-in patterns alike can be cut with ease- you can even make half-cuts for materials like vinyl to preserve backing. An optional roll feeder lets you tackle mat-less cutting for vinyl to make decals, signs and more- you can cut up to 12 inches wide and almost 6 feet long. Plus, a universal pen holder for the roll feeder makes personalized banners quick and easy. On top of all of that, the SDX225 is quiet as a mouse for those late-night projects. 

The machine’s 5-inch LCD touch screen has intuitive features that will have you editing and creating designs in seconds. The machine comes pre-programmed with over 1,300 designs, including 17 lettering fonts and 140 quilt patterns. The stitch detection mode makes it easy to create in one embroidery file. Plus, custom designing is right at your fingertips. With just a touch, you can resize, rotate, and wed designs- no computer or extra software required. Want to work on designs remotely? The SDX225’s wireless-ready features mean you can easily work on a computer or mobile device and send files to the machine for cutting. The machine reads most PHC, PHX, and PES files, so there’s no need to worry about converting files.
